1. Overview
This website is operated by Smart Life. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Products and pricing
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We try to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate, but errors can happen. We may correct errors, change prices, or cancel orders affected by an error. If you've already paid for a cancelled order, you'll get a full refund.

3. Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example when a product is unavailable, the order looks fraudulent, or there's a pricing error. You'll receive an email confirming your order once we accept it.

4. Payment
Payment is due when you order, or on delivery if you choose cash on delivery where it's available. Payments are handled by secure third-party providers, and we don't store your card details.

5. Installation services
Where installation is offered, it's scheduled after your order is confirmed. You must provide safe access, a suitable power supply and any building or community approvals needed. Extra work beyond the standard scope, such as additional cabling, drilling or mounting, may cost extra, and we'll quote it before starting.

6. Warranty and liability
Products come with a 1-year warranty as described in our Return and Refund Policy. To the extent the law allows, Smart Life is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products, including security incidents, data loss or third-party app and service outages. Our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.

7. Third-party apps and services
Many smart devices depend on manufacturer apps, cloud services or internet connectivity. Smart Life doesn't control these services and isn't responsible for changes to them or interruptions.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Smart Life or its suppliers. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the UAE.

10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page applies to your order.
