3. Shipping policy
Where we deliver
We deliver across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates.
Processing time
Orders placed before [2 PM] on business days are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after that time, or on [Fridays / public holidays], are processed the next business day.
Delivery times
- [Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah]: 1–2 business days
- Other emirates: 2–4 business days
Shipping fees
- Free delivery on orders over AED [750]
- Orders below that amount: AED [35] flat rate
Order tracking
When your order ships, we'll email or SMS you a tracking link.
Delivery attempts
Our courier will contact you before delivery. If they can't reach you after [2] attempts, the order may come back to us, and you may have to pay for redelivery.
Installation orders
If your order includes installation, our team will contact you within [1–2 business days] to book a time.
Damaged parcels
If the package looks damaged when it arrives, please note this with the courier and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
