We want you to love your purchase! If you are not fully satisfied, you can return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
- Sale, clearance, and personal care items are non-returnable (unless defective).
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Payment gateway fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.

سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد
نرغب في أن تكون راضياً تماماً عن مشترياتك! إذا لم تكن راضياً، يمكنك إرجاع معظم المنتجات خلال 15 [يوم] من استلام الطلب.
الشروط:
- يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة وفي عبوتها الأصلية مع البطاقات المثبتة.
- المنتجات المخفضة أو الخاصة بالعناية الشخصية غير قابلة للإرجاع (إلا إذا كانت معيبة).
- يتم رد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.
- رسوم بوابة الدفع غير قابلة للاسترداد وسيتم خصمها من مبلغ الإرجاع.
- تكاليف الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا إذا كان المنتج معيباً أو حدث خطأ من طرفنا
